1. Membership Fees

Membership or registration fees paid for matrimonial services are subject to this policy.

2. Cancellation

Members may request cancellation of their membership by contacting the Website administrator.

Cancellation of membership will result in deactivation of the user's profile and access to paid services.

3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise specified, all registration fees, membership fees, profile listing charges, and service charges are non-refundable once the profile is activated or services have commenced.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the user.
• Payment deducted but membership not activated due to technical reasons.
• Incorrect amount charged due to system error.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days to the original payment method.

4. No Refund Cases

Refunds shall not be provided for:

• Lack of suitable matches.
• Non-response from other members.
• Change of personal preference.
• Marriage finalized through or outside the platform.
• Suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.

5. Technical Issues

Users experiencing payment-related issues should contact the Website administrator immediately with transaction details.

6. Policy Changes

The Sabha reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
